Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Administrator Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with potential for extension. This will be a remote work setting candidates can be based anywhere in Canada.

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including tasks such as provisioning global accounts, configuring services, managing users and roles, and ensuring the platform's security.
• Good understanding of SAP CDS views and SAP Hana Database.
• Hands on experience using SAP BTP platform & SAP Integration Suite , API management.
• Knowledge on run time environments such as cloud foundry and Kyma.
• Global Account Management: Manage and provision global accounts, sub-accounts, and environments within the SAP BTP.
• Service Configuration: Configure and manage services on the SAP BTP, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• User and Role Management: Manage user access and roles, ensuring secure and appropriate access controls across the platform.
• SAP Integration Suite: Configure and manage the SAP Integration Suite, including API management and integration flows.
• IAS and IPS Management: Administer and configure Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Cloud ALM: Administer and configure Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for streamlined project and application management.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and availability of the SAP BTP environment, addressing any issues promptly.
• Security Management: Ensure the security of the BTP platform by implementing best practices and responding to security threats.
• Frontend Development: Utilize frontend languages such as SAP Fiori, UI5, React, and Vue.js to develop user interfaces.
• Backend Development:Develop backend services using platforms and frameworks such as Node.js and Java.
• SAP CDS and HANA: Create and manage SAP CDS views and work with the SAP HANA Database for data modeling and management.
• SAP BTP Development: Utilize the SAP BTP platform, including the SAP Integration Suite and API management, for custom development.
• Runtime Environments: Work with runtime environments such as Cloud Foundry and Kyma to deploy and manage applications.

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with a strong focus on security, performance, and service management.
• Proficiency in frontend development using SAP Fiori, UI5, React, and Vue.js.
• Expertise in backend platforms/frameworks such as Node.js and Java.
• Good understanding of SAP CDS views and SAP HANA Database.
• Hands-on experience using the SAP BTP platform and SAP Integration Suite, including API management.
• Knowledge of runtime environments such as Cloud Foundry and Kyma.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices within SAP BTP and related environments.
