Our Toronto based client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be primarily a remote role, but candidates would need to come to the office for meetings and collaboration on an as needed basis. Candidates must be within a two-hour drive from the Greater Toronto Area.
- The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes all within a hybrid working style.
- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of the SuccessFactors platform to meet the organization's HR and talent management needs.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes, including employee central, payroll, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
- Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
- Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analysis.
- Lead and/or participate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities.
