Job Description

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced IBP Specialist to join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. All candidates must be able to work on-site initially for 4 days a week, however, this requirement may change as the project progresses.

  • This position will play a critical role in optimizing our Integrated Business Planning Processes for our company (RBP) as well as supporting processes with an enterprise view.
  • Familiar with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Solution Owner will help lead, collaborate and be the conduit of IBP between other BPO (Business Process Owners).
  • Strong technical/configuration skills, while understanding business acumen to provide recommendations.
  • Core modules, SD, FI, MM.
  • Plans to implement, EAM, Product Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower, Concur to Ariba.

  • Business process understanding underpinned by the technical requirements from IBP.
  • Ideally should have experience with CPG environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience.
  • Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes.
  • Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Continuous Improvement certification is a plus (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • SAP IBP certification of modules related to the domain area is a strong asset.
  • Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes.
  • Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
