Our Ontario based client is seeking an experienced Oracle CCB Data Conversion Lead to join their project immediately until August 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive Oracle CCB data conversion project implementation experience, leadership skills, experience running large scale complete data conversions, and strong SI/vendor management experience. This will be a primarily remote role with limited travel required to Toronto and North Carolina for key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for large-scale, end-to-end data conversion projects, ensuring effective communication across all levels.
- Proactively assess project timelines, identify potential delays, and foresee conversion risks to implement solutions.
- Evaluate and validate the design of test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Systems Integrator (SI) to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Employ a strategic mindset to guide project direction, optimize processes, and achieve long-term objectives.
