Our Ontario based client is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) Program Manager to join their project immediately and will run until August 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle CCB project management implementation, including managing multiple streams (config, design, testing, conversion, and cut-over) within a single project. This will be a primarily remote role with limited travel required to Toronto and North Carolina for key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver the full lifecycle of Oracle CCB implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Concurrently manage and synchronize all project streams including Configuration, Design, Testing, Data Conversion, and Cut-over/Deployment to ensure cohesive progress and integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across all streams.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues across all workstreams, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks. Provide regular, clear status reports on the health, progress, and key metrics of all project streams to senior leadership and sponsors.
- Oversee all phases to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards, facilitating key milestones like User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live sign-off.
