Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced Oracle CCB Project Manager contractor to join their project immediately and will run until August 2026 with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned Project or Program Manager with Oracle CCB project experience. They should have a strong infrastructure focus covering both production and non-production environments as well as experience managing multiple leads overseeing Testing, Technical Infrastructure, and Data Conversion. This is a hybrid role, with 2 - 3 days of on-site work per week and occasional travel to the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle CCB implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee infrastructure strategy across production and non-production environments, addressing risks and dependencies.
- Manage cross-functional leads (Testing, Technical Infrastructure, Data Conversion) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing executive updates and mitigating escalation issues.
- Define and enforce best practices for Oracle CCB environments (development, testing, production), ensuring scalability and performance.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify technical and operational risks; implement controls to meet security and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT leadership to translate requirements into actionable infrastructure plans.
- Ensure rigorous end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, performance) with infrastructure dependencies clearly mapped and resolved.
- Oversee data conversion strategies, including cleansing, validation, and cutover planning for seamless transitions.
- Change Management: Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patches, and downtime windows with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and align deliverables with project milestones.
