Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced ERP PCO to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 + years of experience as a project coordinator or administrator within a project/program management office (PMO), supporting large-scale technical and business projects. They should also possess a strong understanding of project/program management tools and methodologies. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement program and project management tools and procedures to ensure consistent and standard practices across all projects and ensure projects scope, schedule, and defined budgets are respected.
- Support creation and maintenance of program and project templates and documentation.
- Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables.
- Coordinate and prepare for weekly program/project status updates.
- Manage and track program plans, issues, and risks.
- Create a weekly status update report and a bi-weekly executive status reports to provide.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, MS Project and or other project planning software.
- Experience leading project and program status meetings.
- SAP S4 Hana or other ERP experience an asset either using or implementing the system.
- PMI certification an asset.
