Our Ontario based client is seeking a Bilingual JD Edwards (JDE) Training Coordinator to join their project effective immediately and will run for one year with possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will lead a JDE roll out project transformation from the SAP environment and must have 5–10 years of experience in the training domain. This is primarily a remote role, with occasional travel (25%) to the client's different mining sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a logistics plan across multiple Northern Ontario sites with rotating schedules.
- Plan and coordinate training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation using internal systems and tools.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiatives.
- Develop a solid network with key stakeholders already in place.
- Collaborate to build and maintain an inventory of training content.
- Contribute to the development of the training strategy.
- Contribute to the development of training curriculums.
- Plan and prepare training environments.
- Support the coordination of training content in the LMS.
- Experience with ERP migration projects in the industrial or mining sector is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP or various LMS is considered an important asset.
