Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their project immediately and will run for 18 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or change management, along with demonstrated experience supporting training in large-scale change or transformation programs. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a clear global training strategy and master calendar.
- Partner with regional teams to adapt content, processes, and timelines for local needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end training rollouts, from planning through post-launch feedback.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues across time zones.
- Ensure consistent alignment between global vision and local execution at every stage.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of decisions, actions, and progress.
- Track milestones and provide regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders.
- Gather and incorporate regional feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
