Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. Candidates can be based anywhere in North America across the East Coast. 

  • Collaborate with team members to articulate and envision the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to provide a superior customer service experience to clients. 
  • Lead the Finance S/4HANA implementations across the business line by configuring financial modules, conducting workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize financial processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and working with stakeholders to find best solutions for their business needs.
  • Provide mentor ship and support to team members during the project life-cycle.
  • Support and educate clients/users on the product.
  • Working closely with S/4HANA team to provide support, testing and go live planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a similar role and directly involved with Finance in S/4HANA.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of consulting experience with S/4HANA.
  • Full Cycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with the competitive market of industry ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage, and Epicor would be considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for client interactions, training sessions, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on S/4HANA advancements to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of financial projects.
  • Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  • Superior people skills; team- oriented, fast learner and very personable.
  • Self-motivated, an independent thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
  • Understands the importance of delivering value to our customers.
  • Ability and passion for learning new technologies.
