Our Alberta based client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead to join their project immediately on weekly part time with an average of 25 hours a week and will run for 14 weeks with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP PM and project implementation experience as a lead in monitoring, identification, scheduling, execution, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and SAP Asset Manager. This will be a mostly remote work setting with twice a month for May and June expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deep-dive reviews of all Plant Maintenance (PM) process areas and configuration completeness.
- Finalize the PM diagnostic report, document pros and cons for deployment options from a PM perspective, and provide PM cost estimates.
- Contribute to finalizing the go-live roadmap and resource/cost estimates
- Review PM configuration settings, functional stream updates, and applicable defects.
- Assess PM integration with WFS, EC Payroll, SAP Asset Manager, and ESRI.
- Review PM data readiness and integration points.
- Review material gaps, RICEFW items, and risk logs for Plant Maintenance.
- Review integration points, and assess readiness and test coverage for PM processes.
- Conduct deep-dive workshops for all PM Level 2 areas.
- Document PM risk areas, outstanding activities, and dependencies.
- Identify simplification opportunities and prioritize outstanding PM activities.
- Review selected PM topics with SAP, including PM integration with WFS, EC Payroll, SAP Asset Manager, and ESRI.
- Compile the PM section of the diagnostic report, covering solution, data, cutover readiness, and delta-to-green.
