Our North America based client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 3 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the SAP IBP TS Optimizer, as well as extensive experience with GP menus and configuration capabilities. This will be a fully remote work setting with The client now decided they want occasional travel to their US site in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit the system and provide guidance, recommendations and an action plan.
- Apply deep expertise in the Optimizer underlying math and calculations to drive accurate, optimal planning outcomes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues stemming from both configuration errors and underlying data problems to ensure reliable optimizer performance.
- Work effectively with technical developers, functional analysts, and new end-users to support adoption, training, and system alignment.
- Utilize extractors and staging tables to ensure timely, accurate data flow into the IBP system for optimization runs.
- Forest Products Industry experience is an asset.
