Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP Order To Cash (OTC) with HighRadius Lead to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP OTC Accounts Receivable experience, global project implementation experience in ECC-to-S/4HANA, and strong experience leveraging the HighRadius automation platform. This is a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring deep operational and systems expertise across cash application, collections, credit, and dispute management processes.
- Act as the primary point of expertise for HighRadius-related process and system functionality.
- Lead and advise on: Cash Application Collections Credit Management Dispute Management.
- Reduce dependency on third-party vendor guidance and minimize unnecessary T&M spend.
- Provide SME-level support across OTC Accounts Receivable processes.
- Support business users during UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Partner with SAP, business, and DT teams to resolve process and system issues.
- Help drive operational readiness and process stabilization post go-live.
- Deep expertise in SAP OTC / Accounts Receivable processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with the HighRadius automation platform.
- Proven experience supporting large SAP transformation or S/4HANA upgrade initiatives.
- Strong understanding of: Cash Application Collections Credit Dispute Management.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to support global delivery teams and IST time zone collaboration.

- Experience within large global manufacturing or CPG organizations.
- S/4HANA brownfield transformation experience.
- Hypercare and stabilization support experience.
- Exposure to integrated finance and OTC automation initiatives.
