Our Virginia based client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager/Delivery Executive to join their project on a weekly part time 1 day a week basis and will run for 38 weeks, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP experience in retail environments. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4Hana implementations for global fashion retail operations, covering wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, and full-price/off-price channels.
- Oversee integration of SAP with boutique POS systems, omni-channel order management, and digital platforms to deliver a seamless luxury client experience and real-time inventory visibility across all selling touchpoints.
- Manage SAP retail solutions for global supply chain and inventory optimization, including allocation, replenishment, and inter-store transfers for seasonal fashion merchandise.
- Drive project governance and delivery across cross-functional teams (merchandising, planning, logistics, retail operations, IT), ensuring alignment with brand-specific go-to-market calendars and global expansion plans.
- Lead change management and stakeholder communication with regional heads, store operations, and executive leadership, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP retail processes across domestic and international markets.
