Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to join their project in April 2026 and will run for 9 - 12 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 15 + years of experience with Employee Central (EC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC, including strategy, design, build, and delivery of implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with deep expertise in EC and S/4HANA, combined with the skills to drive change in an environment built on decades of custom processes. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 days per week Tuesdays and Thursdays.
