Our Ottawa based client is seeking experienced SAP Toolchain Enablement Lead (ALM, LeanIX, BPM, Signavio) to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidates should have Canadian security clearance of at least Reliability level, with Secret preferred and extensive experience in the Key components of the SAP toolchain. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the integrated toolchain architecture (ALM, LeanIX, BPM, Signavio, etc.) aligned with enterprise processes.
- Lead deployment, configuration, and upgrades of toolchain components across development, testing, and production environments.
- Establish data integration and synchronization between tools (e.g., requirements → architecture → process models → development).
- Define access controls, user roles, and governance policies for each tool within the chain.
- Provide technical enablement and training to end-users (architects, developers, analysts) on toolchain capabilities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for data exchange, reporting, and lifecycle management across tools.
- Monitor toolchain performance, usage, and data quality, resolving integration issues proactively.
- Ensure traceability from business process models (Signavio/BPM) to enterprise architecture (LeanIX) to development artifacts (ALM).
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet data protection and audit requirements (e.g., GoC, defence).
- Document toolchain configurations, integration patterns, and standard operating procedures.
