Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Specialist to join their project immediately and will until the end of the year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SAP Trade Planning & Execution, along with proven leadership and deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ideally some Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) implementation experience, Fiori, and other real-time analytics solutions, as well as 5+ years of experience leading large global teams and transformation programs. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Transformation: Lead design, optimization, and global harmonization of core trade investment capabilities across the full lifecycle (Trade Promotion Planning, Trade Execution & Pricing Conditions, Accruals & Deductions, Claims Management, Settlements & Financial Posting)
- Delivery: Lead large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA and Vistex transformations, defining an aligned global roadmap for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and revenue management capabilities
- Modernization: Drive modernization initiatives in CPG/manufacturing environments
- Standardization: Drive standardization of trade investment and promotion processes into a global template, reducing regional variation and improving scale
- SAP Solution Integration: Drive SAP S/4HANA and Vistex solution architecture, deployment, and adoption leveraging advanced analytics, embedded decision support, and modern SAP/Vistex methodologies
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate proven delivery of transformative value and global implementations spanning Order to Cash and the end-to-end TPM lifecycle (planning → execution → claims → settlement) using SAP S/4HANA and Vistex (including Intellectual Property & Data Maintenance / Rebates & Settlement)
- Business Value Delivery: Champion initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and improved service levels; track KPIs; shift focus from technical implementation to business outcomes
- Program Leadership: Guide global deployment teams, manage risks, resolve issues, ensure adherence to best practices and global standards, drive agentification of capabilities and processes, and enable data-driven decision-making
- Thought Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies and business value/outcomes
