Job Description

Our client is seeking for a SAP Technical Advisor specializing in IS-U Billing to provide support for their SAP ISU Billing and FICA applications. Candidates can be based anywhere in CANADA, with a preference for those located in Toronto. Some travel will be required with the exact amount of days on-site to be confirmed.

  • Uses technical knowledge of solutions and integrations in their area/portfolio to instruct AMS (Application Management Service) team on the inner workings of the solution and potential solutions.
  • Handles communication with the various stakeholders, including planning solution outages and the Managed Incident process to facilitate the timely resolution of the incident.
  • Understands the technical and business impacts of projects and improvements as it relates to the applications in their portfolio, to support scoping and completion of work.
  • Provides input to designs and estimate projects and enhancement work.
  • Supports solution maintenance and improvement activities thru testing validation (Unit and SIT) and peer code reviews as required for changes by MSPs (Managed Service Provider) or other technical analysts.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in S4 HANA SAP IS-U (Meter to Cash processes) including the following: Solid understanding of SAP ISU Billing and FICA Configuration and Customization options and cross- module integration between Billing, FICA, CRM, and Device Management.
  • Hands on experience with SAP ABAP, BPEM, Dunning, Collections and Credits, G/L Configuration, BRF+ configuration and application programming, SQL, Core Data Service view (CDS), SAP Cloud Platform, IS-U data model and business processes.
  • Experience in SAP Workflow; Archiving data, documents and integration using OpenText.
  • Programming with Print Workbench and Adobe Forms; FRICEW estimation and technical and functional design document preparation; Debugging, Performance monitoring and troubleshooting skills Broad range of experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations.
  • Strong in relationship management, consensus building and communication skills. Must be able to understand, set and manage client expectations while fostering positive relationships both inside the organization and with external vendors.
  • Excellent coordination, problem resolution, analytical, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities/demands simultaneously, as well as recognize and address workload issues.
  • Able to effectively balance and weigh competing priorities and determine appropriate course of action independently.
  • Respond inventively to change, works constructively under pressure, and encourages change towards improvement.
