Our client is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join their project immediately for a 2 month contract with potential for extension. This will be a remote work setting and candidates can be based anywhere in Canada & US.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP HR, extensive experience with SAP HCM Time and Attendance, and a proven track record of working with custom interfaces and capacity planning.
• Leverage your ABAP HR expertise to develop, modify, and optimize custom solutions within SAP HCM, particularly related to Time and Attendance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to custom interfaces between WorkForce Software (WFS) and SAP.
• Analyze and remediate time management issues within SAP HCM, focusing on the accuracy and reliability of time data.
• Utilize your knowledge of SAP HCM Time and Attendance to support capacity planning and ensure the system meets organizational needs.
• Hands on Development required.
• Experience with Workforce a definite asset as there are integration issues to HCM.
