Our Ottawa based client is seeking for an experienced bilingual SAP ARIBA and Fieldglass Functional Consultant to join their project immediately and will run until March 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise in SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass, as well as a proven track record in facilitating process design workshops, all demonstrated through prior lead roles in full-cycle implementations. This will be a fully remote work setting. Candidates MUST have Reliability Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end functional activities for the assigned Ariba or Fieldglass workstream from design to hypercare.
- Facilitate business process design workshops and document detailed process flows and requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and configuration workbooks for Ariba and Fieldglass modules.
- Support system builds activities, including configuration reviews and defect resolution.
- Drive adoption planning and deliver training support, including train-the-trainer sessions and post-go-live hypercare.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including bilingual (EN/FR) testing.
