Our Toronto based client is seeking an SAP Application Manager to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.

• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, capable of building and sustaining high-performing teams focused on delivering efficient and effective IT application support and development.
• Leadership experience in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business system software across an enterprise, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4 HANA, including HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), ERP (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, Maximo, Dynamics), and BI Applications for Financial Reporting (e.g., Workiva, Google BQ & Looker, SAP BO, SAP BW).
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, with the ability to guide the organization in leveraging its full potential to support and enhance business processes across various domains, including HR, ERP, BI, Asset Management, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and train IT staff and business users on SAP S/4 HANA functionalities and best practices.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a knack for aligning IT operations and projects with broader business objectives and growth strategies.
• A customer-centric approach to IT service management, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction through proactive support, clear communication, and effective resolution of issues.
• HRIS: SAP SuccessFactors.
• ERP: SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA ,BI Applications for Financial Reporting: Workiva, Google BQ & Looker, SAP BO, SAP BW ,EHSC Management System: Intelex .
• Expense Management: Certify • Sales and Marketing Systems: MineMan, Dynamics (including expanded oversight of Dynamics for BCBU needs).
• Service Desk: ServiceNow.
• Asset Management: Maximo.
• Workforce Management: Dayforce WFM.
• Safety and Environment Management (BC): DATS, MonitorPro, etc.
• Laboratory Management (LIMS): CCLAS.
• Along with various ancillary tools that support and enhance these primary systems.
• Spanish language skills an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.
• A masters degree is preferred.
• Certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP), SAP S/4 HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Professional), IT service management (e.g., ITIL), and other relevant areas can greatly bolster a candidate's qualifications.
