Our Toronto/Ottawa based client is seeking a SAP BRIM SOM Specialist contractor to join their project starting immediately and will run for 6-12 months with a chance for extension. Candidates MUST have reliability clearance, while the location is primarily based out of Toronto and Ottawa, resources can be anywhere in North America and work remotely. Please note that there may be some occasional travel required but it will be less than 20% of the time on the project.
- This role requires expertise in Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Implement and manage BRIM and SOM modules to support the organization’s billing and revenue management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test BRIM/SOM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide expertise in BRIM/SOM integration with other SAP modules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BRIM/SOM functionalities.
- Conduct user training and support end-users during the transition to new systems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to BRIM/SOM processes and configurations.
