Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central (EC) Payroll Consultant to join their project immediately on a 1 year contract, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have experience performing the necessary configuration and customizations for a large-scale ECC-to-S/4 HANA migration. This will be a hybrid position, with the specific number of on-site days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, customization, and technical migration from ECC to S/4 HANA for a large-scale transformation project.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to align business processes with S/4 HANA’s simplified data model and embedded analytics.
• Design and implement the migration strategy for existing ECC customizations (reports, interfaces, enhancements, etc.).
• Execute data migration activities using tools like LTMC and SAP Data Services.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of the new S/4 HANA system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time.
