Our Montreal-based client is seeking a bi-lingual Senior SAP EAM/RSH Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for six months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a consultant, along with at least two prior similar projects, and be able to communicate with the team in French (both spoken and written). This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM and RSH (Resource and Service Hours) modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM/RSH solutions.
- Define best practices for asset maintenance, resource scheduling, and service hour tracking.
- Configure SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and RSH components to meet client needs.
- Customize work orders, preventive maintenance, notifications, and resource planning.
- Integrate SAP EAM with other modules (MM, SD, FICO, PS, HCM) and external systems.
- Provide expertise in SAP EAM-RSH processes, including, Asset lifecycle management. Maintenance planning & execution.
- Service procurement & subcontracting.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP EAM-RSH implementations.
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide training to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers).
- Identify and resolve issues in SAP EAM-RSH processes.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- IS-Utilities experience is an asset.
