Our Montreal-based client is seeking a bi-lingual Senior SAP FSM Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for six months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a consultant, along with at least two prior similar projects, and be able to communicate with the team in French (both spoken and written). This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation.
- Lead end-to-end SAP FSM implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with SAP EAM, PM, CRM, or S/4HANA.
- Design field service processes (scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, real-time analytics).
- Technical & Functional Expertise.
- Configure SAP FSM modules for work orders, resource management, and service contract integration.
- Optimize field service operations (preventive maintenance, IoT-enabled monitoring, technician mobility).
- Integration & Data Management.
- Integrate SAP FSM with ERP, CRM, and third-party tools (e.g., GIS, telematics).
- Ensure seamless data flow between FSM and SAP PM/EAM, HCM, or SD modules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
- Innovation & Best Practices.
- Recommend automation (AI, ML, or RPA for predictive maintenance).
- IS-Utilities experience is an asset.
