Our Montreal-based client is seeking an Senior SAP HR/SuccessFactors Architect to join their project immediately on a part-time basis of 2–3 days per week with the exact duration to be confirmed. The candidate must have gained experience previously in a coaching and mentoring capacity as they will be responsible for helping transition an internal resource into an Architect role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, Mentor & Train an internal resource transitioning into an SAP Architect role.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal employee's, offering strategic guidance on SAP HR transformations.
- Must have good knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central, Evaluation & Compensation.
- Share best practices, architectural principles, and real-world implementation experiences.
- Provide structured training on solution design, stakeholder management, and SAP HR roadmaps.
