Our Montreal-based client is seeking an experienced, bilingual Senior SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Consultant project immediately and will run until April 2026, with a strong possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will be a senior FICO consultant with experience in S/4HANA implementation, including expertise in the following modules General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),Fixed Asset Accounting Margin Analysis (COPA) Collection & Dispute Management (FSCM). This will be almost a fully remote role but there will be some minimal travel required to the clients Montreal & Quebec sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and configure the SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Lead and configure the SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) module, with a focus on Margin Analysis (formerly CO-PA) and Cost Center Accounting.
- Implement and configure solutions for Collection & Dispute Management (formerly FSCM).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP system design and configuration.
- Provide expert guidance to the client on best practices for S/4HANA Finance processes.
- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Collaborate with other module consultants (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure integrated solution design.
- Prepare and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing (UAT), and user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
