Our Ottawa based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (ePPM) Consultant to join their project immediately and will run until March 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of ePPM and its integration points along with extensive experience leading or contributing to previous transformations. This will be a remote role. However, travel is expected during workshops for key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and demonstrations during the Explore and Design phases of the S/4HANA transformation.
- Collaborate directly with an offshore PS and ePPM team to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Provide deep configuration expertise to review, challenge, and approve solution designs.
- Advise cross-functional project teams on leading practices, process optimization, and system capabilities.
- Develop and document future-state business processes and functional specifications.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical/development teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues related to functionality and design.
- Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) by defining test scenarios and reviewing results.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to architectural principles and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional, polished communication skills to facilitate decision-making and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
