Our Toronto-based client is seeking an Senior Finance/OpenText VIM Specialist to join their project immediately and will run for two months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should come from a strong SAP Finance background and have worked on multiple OpenText VIM implementations. This is a fully remote position.
Required qualifications:
- OCR/Invoice Capture: Setup and validation (ReadSoft/Kofax experience preferred).
- VIM Workflow Management: Approval hierarchies, exception handling, and escalation rules.
- VIM Inbound Administration: Invoice registration, data extraction, and validation rules.
- VIM Reporting & Analytics: Dashboard creation for AP process monitoring.
- VIM-S/4HANA Integration: FI posting, vendor master alignment, and GR/IR reconciliation.
- VIM WorkPlace: End-user training and customization.
- VIM Archiving: Compliance with retention policies and audit requirements.
