Our Toronto based client is seeking an SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) Support Analyst to join their project from May 2026 and will run until October 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 5 + years of experience in the SAP S/4HANA Financial and Controlling Modules, including both implementation and post-implementation support. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolution of FICO incident tickets, providing analysis and resolution according to predefined criteria and response times.
- Escalate incidents to senior support teams and 3rd party vendors(s) who provide levels 3 and 4 support when required.
- Participate in cross functional teams involved in issue resolution often involving levels 3 and 4 support; ensure that the solution is captured, documented, and communicated to the customer.
- Gather business requirements, develop, deploy and provide ongoing support for service requests for changes to existing configuration and functionality.
- Participate in cross functional and project teams to ensure successful integration implementations.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver on time.
