Job Description

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with SAP CRM along with project implementations in a consultant capacity or related roles. This will be a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CRM end-to-end implementations, managing the full project lifecycle from business blueprinting and system configuration to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with customer relationship management objectives.
  • Design and configure core CRM master data and organizational structures, including business partners, products, pricing, and account hierarchies, ensuring seamless integration with backend SAP systems.
  • Configure and customize key CRM functional areas, such as sales, marketing, service, and interaction center (IC) processes, tailoring the system to support lead management, opportunity tracking, campaign execution, and case management workflows.
  • Oversee integration with external systems and channels, including web channels, mobile applications, social media, and third-party marketing tools, ensuring consistent customer data and omnichannel engagement capabilities.
  • Manage data migration and system integration, leading activities such as data mapping, cleansing, and validation for business partner and transaction data, and configuring middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) for real-time synchronization.
  • Establish testing, training, and deployment frameworks, coordinating system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), delivering end-user training, and managing cutover activities for smooth go-live execution.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement, troubleshooting day-to-day CRM issues, identifying process optimization opportunities, and driving system enhancements to adapt to evolving business needs.
