Job Description

Our Ontario based client is looking for a SAP CRM Integration Specialist to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a Hybrid work setting and the chosen candidate will be required to be on site for a few days a week (exact amount to be confirmed).

  • Utilizes technical knowledge of solutions and integrations in their area/portfolio to instruct AMS (Application Management Service) team on the inner workings of the solution and potential solutions.
  • Utilizes technical knowledge and demonstrates application capabilities to address escalations and support business users and AMS team.
  • Manages communication with the various stakeholders, including planning solution outages and the Managed Incident process to facilitate the timely resolution of the incident.
  • Understands the technical and business impacts of projects and enhancements as it relates to the applications in their portfolio, to support scoping and completion of work.
  • Provides input to designs and estimate projects and enhancement work.
  • Supports solution maintenance and enhancement activities thru testing validation (Unit and SIT) and peer code reviews as required for changes by MSPs (Managed Service Provider) or other technical analysts.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in S/4 HANA SAP IS-U (Meter to Cash processes) including the following: Strong understanding of cross- module integration between CRM, Billing, FICA and Device Management; Hands on experience with Fiori and UX design, SAP PO & MCF; Job scheduling using IBM Workload Scheduler; Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, IS-U data model and business processes; FRICEW estimation and technical and functional design document preparation; Debugging, Performance monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
  • Broad range of experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations.
  • Strong in relationship management, consensus building and communication skills. Must be able to understand, set and manage client expectations while fostering strong relationships both inside the organization and with external vendors.
  • Excellent coordination, problem resolution, analytical, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities/demands simultaneously, as well as recognize and address workload issues.
  • Able to effectively balance and weigh competing priorities and determine appropriate course of action independently.
  • Respond resourcefully to change, works constructively under pressure, and encourages change towards improvement.
