Our Vancouver based client is seeking for an experienced SAP CUTOVER SPECIALIST to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience in SAP project implementations or system migration activities, specifically within complex, large-scale environments. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing cutover activities for SAP projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of cutover schedules, checklists, and timelines.
- Coordinate tasks across functional and technical teams to ensure readiness for go-live.
- Track cutover progress and report on task status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve cutover-related dependencies.
- Assist in system readiness checks, mock cutovers, and go-live rehearsals.
- Document cutover activities, decisions, and post-go-live lessons learned.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and cutover best practices.
