Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to join their project immediately and will run until the end of July, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both SAP Cut Over and Retail, including running a cutover project across technical and business areas, with multiple go lives in complex environments. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Integrate (EDI, interfaces, third-party systems).
- Experience leading complex multi-SI cutovers.
- Define and formalize the transition model (last legacy transaction / first S/4 transaction).
- Establish cutover governance structure and RACI.
- Lead master activity register development across all workstreams.
- Drive dependency modeling and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate technical and business freeze windows.
- Oversee mock cutover cycles and variance analysis.
- Align blackout communications with business stakeholders.
- Define Go/No-Go criteria and rollback triggers.
- Prepare executive reporting for the Steering Committee.
- Coordinate with SAP and SIs to consolidate cutover plans into one integrated master schedule.
- Support command center setup and hypercare stabilization planning.
