Our Ontario based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to join their project immediately for a long term contract. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing the cutover from legacy systems to SAP landscape. This is a hybrid role requires to work on-site 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and controlled go live by orchestrating technical, functional, data, infrastructure, and business readiness workstreams.
- Plan end-to-end cutover strategy, execution governance, and day-of-go-live command center leadership.
- Develop and own the comprehensive end-to-end SAP cutover strategy and execution plan.
- Coordinate and orchestrate all cutover activities across technical, functional, data, infrastructure, and business readiness workstreams.
- Establish and enforce cutover execution governance, including timelines, dependencies, and quality gates.
- Lead the command center during the go-live event, serving as the central point for communication, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison for the System Integrator, ensuring all cutover activities align with project goals and ensure a controlled transition.
