Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Disclosure Management (DM) Consultant to join their project on a AD-Hoc Part time basis. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with SAP Disclosure Management along with strong grasp of financial reporting and regulatory disclosure processes, with proven knowledge of XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) and iXBRL (Inline eXtensible Business Reporting Language) reporting requirements. This is a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP DM issues impacting financial reporting deliverables.
- Support quarter-end, year-end, and audit-related reporting activities.
- Assist with financial statement updates, disclosures, tagging, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
- Serve as an escalation point for SAP DM-related technical and functional issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Support client during critical periods.
