Job Description

Our Ontario based client is seeking for an experienced SAP ECC HR - Benefits & Time Lead to join their project starting January and will run until June 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate must have proven, prior experience in leading hands-on in both implementing and testing SAP ECC Benefits & Time (On-Premise) and testing SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as a valid SAP Benefits & Time certification. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and lead for the implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP ECC HR - Benefits and Time (On-Premise) modules, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end testing of integrations between SuccessFactors - Employee Central and the SAP ECC HR - Benefits & Time modules, validating data flows and system functionality.
  • Lead, mentor, and assign tasks to a team of time and benefits consultants. Perform formal quality assurance (QA) reviews of all team deliverables, including configurations, test scripts, and functional specifications.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all ECC and SuccessFactors components, managing cycles from unit testing through UAT and parallel runs.
  • Own the data migration strategy for time and benefits data from legacy systems into the new SAP ECC and SuccessFactors environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Function as the main point of contact for all time and benefits-related topics with client stakeholders, the implementation partner, and third-party vendors.
  • Guarantee all solutions adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Lead knowledge transfer sessions and create detailed documentation for the client's support teams post-go-live.
