Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join their project immediately on a long term contract. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of SAP Fieldglass experience, including extensive expertise with integrations and demonstrated success in troubleshooting production support and integration issues in live environments. This will be a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial onsite assessment and stabilization of the environment, requiring dedicated consecutive hours of focused engagement to evaluate baseline conditions, identify critical risks, and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot errors related to: Timesheets disappearing or failing to process, ;Invoice generation and processing errors; Integration failures between SAP Fieldglass and ERP systems.
- Analyze and resolve SAP Fieldglass integration issues impacting production.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
- Work alongside the existing project team, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize issues and implement fixes
- Document findings, resolutions, and recommendations for future support.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide practical, sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
