Our Montreal-based client is seeking a experienced Bilingual SAP Functional Analyst Orders and Billing (SD/MM) to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 + years of experience in a similar role or proven expertise in SD/MM on SAP S/4HANA environments. This position is hybrid requires 3 days on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a SAP SD/MM Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the SAP transformation project, working in close collaboration with business unit representatives and the system integrator.
- Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements, identify functional gaps, and propose tailored solutions that align with the organization’s unique structure and operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for system integrations, reporting, and data migration.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct business process assessments and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and process flows.
- Maintain up-to-date records of system configurations, integration designs, and data mappings.
