The SAP Global Support Manager will be responsible for building and managing an effective and efficient SAP internal support team globally. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives, along with consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals with adherence to quality standards and application management best practices.
The incumbent will work with 3rd party vendors and support companies where needed to extend our end user's support and SAP program development.
The SAP Global Support Manager will present weekly status updates to the Senior Director, Head of Global Technology and Global Business Process Owners and will participate in project steering committee meetings.
They should have numerous year of experience in managing a SAP sustainment/support team and have SAP project management/program management experience covering full-cycle SAP projects.
They must have experience coming from a hands on functional background where they have gained configuration experience ideally in either the FI-MM-PM-SF-WM modules.
Must be legally authorized to work in CANADA.
