Our Montreal based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Geographical Enablement Framework (GEF) consultant to join their project from January 2026 and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, with a stronger focus on functional rather than technical skills with at least 3 project cycles and the ability to provide insight on these modules (GEF, PM, etc.) to help properly define the functional/technical spec for developers. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on key modules (GEF, PM, etc.), providing insight and guidance to both project teams and developers.
- Lead the functional design of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, meet business objectives, and are clearly documented for technical teams.
- Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders to validate requirements, process designs, and proposed solutions.
- Support the entire project lifecycle from initiation through post-implementation, ensuring functional integrity is maintained.
- Product lifecycle integration, and asset-intensive industries.
- Experience with SAP EAM, PLM, or Utilities industry solutions is a strong plus.
