Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Lead to join their project immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP GTS experience and project implementation. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership.
- Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities
- Provide hands-on support for SAP GTS and SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM) , including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.
- Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
- Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
- Support integration points with other SAP modules and domains.
- Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications.
- Govern the transition and hand-off from project delivery to application support teams.
- Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
- Mentor junior and intermediate analysts and contribute to team capability building.
