Job Description

Our Manitoba based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Group Reporting Lead to join their project starting January 26,2026 and will run until July 31,2026 with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate must have 8+ years in SAP Finance with at least 3 years in Group Reporting along with proven experience in solution design and configuration for SAP Group Reporting and Hands-on experience with data migration and integration in SAP S/4HANA. This will be fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops and communicate with senior finance stakeholders.
  • Lead solution design and configuration for SAP Group Reporting, including consolidation models and elimination rules.
  • Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to capture reporting needs and align with SAP capabilities.
  • Oversee data mapping, migration, and reconciliation for consolidation units and accounts.
  • Coordinate integration with SAP General Ledger and related modules.
  • Develop and execute test plans for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate consolidated financial statements and reporting layouts for accuracy.
  • Act as primary liaison between finance teams and technical teams.
  • Document processes and maintain configuration standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • SAP Certification in Finance or Group Reporting.
  • Experience with multinational consolidation requirements.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP compliance.
  • Exposure to automation tools for financial close.

Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
