Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll/SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their project on a permanent full-time basis. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel as needed allowing candidates to be based Anywhere in Canada.

• The ideal candidate should have experience managing SuccessFactors projects, including Core SuccessFactors and Talent suites, as well as overseeing SAP payroll projects (SAP ECC Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll – ECP); while functional hands-on experience is not required, it would be highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP Payroll, HCM, and SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong project management background (PM, Team Lead, Senior Consultant, or Architect level).
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll implementation, payroll processes, testing types, and deployment phases.
• Experience working in a consulting environment with a client-facing approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong command of the English language; French is an asset.
