Our Montreal based client is seeking an seeking an SAP HCM Solution Architect specializing in Talent Management for a 3 month project with potential for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting on-site presence will be required for 3 days a week.

• This role involves supporting a partner in engaging with the customer to define the project plan during the initial phase of an HXM project.
• The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of the new Talent Management solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• French-speaking proficiency is an asset.
• Lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Talent Management modules based on client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Talent Management modules to meet business requirements, including setup of employee data, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning. Customize functionalities as needed to address specific business needs.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Talent Management modules and other systems, including integration with UKG/Kronos if applicable. Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the integrated landscape.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions. Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Create comprehensive documentation including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
• Provide training to end-users and support personnel on SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Talent Management functionalities and processes. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and successful project delivery.

• Extensive experience (5+ years) working with SAP HCM Talent Management modules and SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, preferably in Greenfield implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
• Experience with integration technologies and methodologies, including experience with UKG/Kronos integration is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite configuration, including employee data management, workflows, and talent-related configurations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Project management experience is a plus, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors certifications) is preferred.
