Our Ottawa based client is seeking an SAP HR Lead Consultant to start in early March for a 10 week contract with the possibility for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact amount of days on site to be confirmed. 

• As a key member of the organization, The SAP HR Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing HR projects with a focus on SAP HR expertise.
• Lead HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of SAP HR functionalities.
• Utilize solid SAP HR experience to provide expertise in personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, and other HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure project milestones are met and risks are mitigated effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and SAP HR, incorporating relevant insights into project strategies.

• Security clearance: Secret (Required).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in ERP Functional Analyst role on SAP ERP Implementation projects within the past fifteen (15) years.
• At least thirty-six (36) months of experience specifically on SAP S/4 HANA Implementation projects.
• Solid experience and expertise in SAP HR module.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• SAP certification (Preferred but not required).
