Overview:
Our client is seeking a SAP IS-U Billing Specialist who will be expected to have a deep technical knowledge of the applications within their assigned portfolio and understand how changes will impact the business and the applications
What You Will Do:
Application/Technology Related:
- Has a deep functional and technical knowledge of the capabilities of existing solutions within their portfolio
- Partnering with the Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), develop Release project Business Cases and provide technical input as requested for other projects in their application portfolio
- Own and manage solution product backlog(s), taking accountability to define and prioritize work for completion with all stakeholders, (BRMs, Business Stakeholders, Service Owner, and Technical Advisors)
- Architect solutions within the existing technology solution portfolio
- Estimate time and cost of work, review and approve vendor estimates, driving work and cost optimization
- Understand the technical and business impacts of proposed solution changes
- Review and approve solution design changes and provide final approval of the solution for implementation
Technical and Business Knowledge:
- Hands on experience with S/4 HANA IS-U Meter to Cash Processes including: billing master data; rate design; variant programming; SPRO configuration; mass processing for billing/invoicing/printing; print workbench; exception management using BPEM and automation; cross-functional knowledge of billing with DM/FICA/CRM; sound knowledge of SAP ABAP, user exits; BADI; debugging and troubleshooting; experience implementing IS-U Deregulated Market
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Functional knowledge of Azure methodologies
