Job Description

Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Information System (CIS) Team Lead to join their project starting in January 2026 for a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex Brownfield implementations for Utility companies. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP CIS module.
  • Architect and manage the data migration strategy from legacy CIS systems into SAP IS-U.
  • Guide the team in analyzing existing business processes and mapping them to the SAP IS-U environment with minimal disruption.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Billing, Customer Service, Metering) and the technical team.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for system integration, particularly with Meter Data Management (MDM), CRM, and Financials (FI-CA).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
