Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant to join their project in November 2026 and will run for 9 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP IS-U device management experience and project implementation expertise. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end SAP IS-U project implementations, from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and post-launch support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP IS-U modules, including billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service, to meet specific business needs.
- Manage data migration, system integration, and interface testing between SAP IS-U and third-party or legacy systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and support staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes to optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and rollout plans.
