Overview:
Our client is looking for a SAP IS-U FICA & CRM Specialist who has the skills to own and manage the product backlog including solutioning, design, engagement of supporting teams and AMS (Application Managed Service) provider to complete the work
Who You Are:
- Hands on experience with S/4 HANA IS-U Meter to Cash Processes including: FICA configuration of GL accounting, cost & profit centers and FQEvents; Embedded CRM (IS-U Customer Service Module); Multi-Channel Foundation services; Process Orchestration; BRF+; Collections & Write-Offs; cross-functional knowledge of FICA with Billing/DM/CRM; sound knowledge of SAP ABAP, user exits; BADI; debugging and troubleshooting; experience implementing IS-U Deregulated Market
- Broad range of experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations
- Strong in relationship management, consensus building and communication skills. Must be able to understand, set and manage client expectations while fostering strong relationships both inside the organization and with external vendors
